D40C Vacuum Valves is a two-piece vacuum assembly. This valve is a two-piece vacuum valve with self-positioning threaded locking pin. This allows the locking pin to be tightened in any position on the locking ramp of the locking ramp of the base.
Valves insert through the vacuum bag by just cutting an "X" in the bagging film. The bottom of base plate is designed to prevent breather from compressing under base plate and sealing off.
D40C is ideal for any bagging use up to 500°F with all bagging materials and resin systems.
